Starting in April 2026, employers in the Czech Republic<\/strong> will benefit from a major administrative reform: a single monthly report<\/strong> will replace up to 25 separate paper forms. How the system works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The new system, known as JMHZ<\/strong>, requires employers to submit electronically to the \u010cSSZ (Czech Social Security Authority) <\/em>all data related to employees and their income. The information will then be automatically forwarded to other public institutions, eliminating the need for multiple submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The single monthly report will include three main sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • tax and contribution data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • individual employee information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Submission will be done exclusively online, via the \u010cSSZ ePortal,<\/em> the official datov\u00e1 schr\u00e1nka<\/em> (digital mailbox), or API integration. Employers must send the data by the 20th of the following month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
