As noted by Ladislav Vl\u010dek of Accenture, the real impact depends on the ability to rethink organizational models and support employees throughout the process. <em>Reskilling<\/em> is therefore essential: it is not a threat, but an opportunity to integrate AI in a way that benefits both companies and people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AI and Businesses: Cultural Barriers to Overcome<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data from the Ministry of Labor are clear: by 2035, more than 40% of professions in the country will be influenced by automation, with around 600,000 roles requiring significant retraining. However, the challenge is not just quantitative. A lack of understanding of AI\u2019s potential still hinders investment, especially among smaller companies. Added to this are difficulties in providing high-quality structured data and the upfront costs\u2014which, while relatively affordable, often discourage adoption. The risk is that organizations may see AI merely as an expense rather than a strategic driver of competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Upskilling and AI: Building a Competitive Advantage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For companies aiming to capture the value of AI, the priority is to invest in skill development. It is not enough to know how to use a digital assistant: practical knowledge of data management and quality is essential, and for the more ambitious, technical abilities such as Python or machine learning tools can be valuable. However, AI will not replace human capital. The true competitive advantage will arise from the balanced integration of technological capabilities and human intelligence.
