Europe is slowly going back to normality, all states have begun reopening their commercial activities, the vaccination campaign is continuing and now it’s time to program the upturn with the recovery plan, also called Nextgeneratioeu.<\/p>\n

NextGenerationEU: approval<\/h2>\n

Yesterday the President of the European Commission Ursula Von Der Leyen<\/strong> went to Prague for the presentation of the plan and its subsequent approval.<\/span>\u00a0During the visit to the capital with the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babi\u0161<\/strong> went to the State Opera and the National Museum.<\/span>\u00a0The European Commission today published a positive assessment of the Czech Republic\u2019s recovery and resilience plan.<\/span>\u00a0This is an important step towards providing the EU with EUR 7 billion from the Facility for Recovery and Resilience in Grants.<\/span><\/p>\n

NextGenerationEU: funds<\/h2>\n

These funds will support the implementation of the key investments and reform measures outlined in the Czech Republic\u2019s Recovery and Resilience Plan<\/strong>. These funds will play a key role in helping the Czech Republic emerge from the strongest COVID-19 pandemic. The National Recovery Plan was started about a year ago, shortly after its publication by the European Commission. The recovery plan would provide a total of 200 billion crowns: of which 172 billion from the European Union (about 7 billion euros) and 28 billion from national sources.<\/p>\n

NextGenerationEU: fields of investment<\/h2>\n

The reforms and investments that are included in the National Recovery Plan and that the Czech Republic wants to implement thanks to the resources of the Instrument for Recovery and Resilience are divided into six pillars:<\/span><\/p>\n

Digital transformation;<\/span>
\nPhysical infrastructure and green transition;<\/span>
\nEducation and labour market;<\/span>
\nInstitutions and regulation and business support in response to covid-19;<\/span>
\nResearch, development and innovation;<\/span>
\nHealth and resilience of the population.<\/span><\/p>\n
