This is a digital identity for accessing public administration websites and using online services with maximum security and reliability. The requirement applies to everyone over the age of 18.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The activation and use of SPID is free of charge<\/strong>. However, some forms of recognition by operators may be chargeable.<\/p>\n<p><em>Documents needed to apply for credentials<\/em>: e-mail address, phone number (including foreign), valid Italian ID (which can be ID card, passport, driver&#8217;s license) that may need to be photographed and attached to the form that will be filled out, and tax code (not health card).<\/p>\n<p><em>How to move for getting it<\/em>: you have to choose from one of the identity providers and register on their site (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spid.gov.it\/en\/what-is-spid\/how-to-choose-between-digital-identity-providers\/\">https:\/\/www.spid.gov.it\/en\/what-is-spid\/how-to-choose-between-digital-identity-providers\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><em>Registration<\/em>: enter master data, create SPID credentials, and ultimately perform recognition.
