Five categories of support were established, taking into account economic performance, price increases and their impact on the budget. The highest caps are for companies that have spent at least 3 percent of their annual turnover or at least 6 percent of turnover in the first half of 2022 on energy. The cap on energy prices will remain in place throughout the year, said Industry and Government Minister Jozef S\u00edkela.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the Temporary Crisis Framework (DKR) and the basic principle of EU competition law, it is stipulated that if a large entrepreneur is part of a group of related companies or partners, the amount of support in the form of power purchase at fixed prices is limited to this group within the Czech Republic.
