Economic support in the Czech Republic
Economic support in the Czech Republic: the Government of the Czech Republic, since the beginning of the pandemic and its restrictions, has supported and helped entrepreneurs and citizens who have suffered its effects. Some business support programs have been set up for people which have reduced their activities and some of them targeted more general tax reductions for all citizens. Let’s see the last extensions.
Antivirus A program
One of the largest sources of aid and financial support in the Czech Republic was the Antivirus Program. While the B and APLUS versions are finished, a further extension has been introduced for the A version. The Antivirus A program was due to end on June 30th, however, a new extension of two months has been established, until August 31th, 2021.

In addition, a further extension of the VAT exemption for FFP2 or higher respirators was introduced. The measure was to last until the 30th of June but has been extended for another two months since it will probably be mandatory to wear them in closed places for a long time to come.
